Love Say True

If I could say I love you
I would like to know that was true
If I could believe you like me
then I know in my heart this was you

Those days of yesterday
yet in await of tomorrow
To say I loved you
and not have to deny the truth

For there was more
in three words to seek
Faith, hope and charity
and your eyes of beauty to peep

If I could say I love you
I would like to know that too
For if I loved you
would you love of me be true
