A Cure For High Blood Pressure

Now we have all kinds
of
troubles and annoyances in are lives.
Rude people, kids that talk back, work problems
and
a million other little incidences that come our way.
Now I tell you true I have the cure that has to do with people.
You wonder what could it be?
But I’m going to share some scientific facts
that you may never have heard in all your days.
Potassium!
Now banana’s have potassium
and
I know for a fact they do help lower your blood pressure.
When that person, your loving child, is a runnin’
off
at the mouth....... stick a banana in their mouth
and
watch your blood pressure go down.
Now that you know the cure.
Keep those ole banana’s handy for the next person that is being
A pain in the......@ # % * @......Asterisk.

Food did I hear food............?
Smoothie
Frozen peaches, pour real cream over them, a touch of sugar. Blend in the blender. Yum

In the GT EXPRESS 101.
Make up a cake mix pour into GT add in center
your fav. candy or fruit bake about 10 mins. Yum. ice with fav, frosting.
Also press a buscuit in the bottom, next an egg, cheese and canadian bacon cook about 10 to 15 min. Yum.
