               Rorschach

              see the pattern? see?
              look damn you!
              ink blot hell,

                                  raw shock of it
                                  right there in
                                  black and white.

              don’t even tell me
              you can’t see it
              you goddam liar!

turn another one
go ahead, do it.
there it is again!

              any idiot could
              see it, i sure can.
              i can read it

                                like tarot and
                                you can too.
                                see, there she is.

              there he is.
              try not to see it
              go on, i dare you.

look there
between them,
where they touch.

               anyody with eyes
               knows what that is
               and so do i.

                                oh, it is tarot? and
                                they’re making up
                                the cards themselves.

               no wonder.
               different deck,
               same story.

i only wish my
face weren’t on
some of them.

For those who may be wondering, the Weed Poems were written some time ago, and for the most part they've been stuck away in a back directory. I did post a few in my early days here, but none with the designation.

Seems that far ago and long away, I loved ~~ wonderful things grew for us in that garden ~~ but weeds grew there too, as weeds so often will.

Such a fantastic write of pain... Sometimes you just know what you know and you know things aren't right... even if others deny your eyesight as they pretend their innocence so well you almost believe you're seeing things. *S*

I'm glad you're sharing these with us... You write straight to and from the heart!

So you were talented way back then, too?  This is better than you know.

Pain is subjective; we learn from it
and we grow.  This, I know, as pain
stems for me, from rocks, and rocks
while edgy, may still give some
foundation; and foundation, while
subjective, still allows growth.

Ah, you brought me around.  Circles
are good.  Circles are clean.

This is how
we grow.
