Hello everybody!! I just wanted to try out some of my potty poetry on poetry fans everywhere. How about this:

SELFISH SHELFISH
A crab stole my credit card
It grabbed it with its claws
For me it was chip and pin
But for him it was pinch and nip.

Or this:

BRICKS & SHORTER
There was a man who was three feet tall
He fell in love with a ten feet wall
I don't know how
He'll get over it.

Or this:

MY MISSING NAN
Spare a thought for my dad's mum
Who got lost on her way to the curry house
Now she is missing
And so is my naan.

Or another crabby one:

CHAV CRAB
Down the fishmonger's stall in Margate
There were cockles and mussels
Whelks, clams and squid to be had
But the dressed crab
Looked particularly bad
Dressed as it was in a shell suit.

There's more at www.pottypoetry.co.uk

Thankyou!!

I enjoyed muchly. Especially the 'chav crab' business (but you know, a lot of people on this site are from the U.S. and might not be fully aware of chav culture...) and the 'missing naan' thing was inspired. Not you, naan bread! ohhhh yes.

They aren't flaps; they're my face!

Thanks very much for the comment. I think I must be slowly becoming obsessed with crabs!
