I am a firefly

Trapped at the bottom

Of a glass jar

Flashing a signal

Help me

Loose me

Let me live

My light grows dim

A strong pair of hands

Can free me

Wonderful!!

For it was not into my ear you whispered
But into my heart..
It was not my lips you kissed
But my soul.

Dear SusieQ,
There is a Quote by Charan Singh, Indian Mystic
Have patience! In time, even grass becomes milk.
That hand will find you and save you. Then both your lights will shine as one.
Very good poem, very gentle poem about "save me" and you will be. Keep up the good work.
Dave
