 World of Wonder ~ Linda L. Dowd ~ I blow with the breezes of springtime, I swirl with the leaves in the Fall. I fly cloudless skies with the eagles, I grow like an oak ~ strong and tall. I sway with the whispering willows, I melt with the ice in the Spring. I’m a petal of the Great Lotus Blossom, I’m a part of every thing. I roll with the waves of the oceans, I rise with the sun as it’s born. I reach for the skies as do redwoods, I coo with the doves as they mourn. I laugh with the loons on lake waters, I sing with the sweet nightingales. I see thru’ the eyes of wise owls, I swim spirit seas with the whales. I bay at full moons with the coyotes, I clap with the rolling of thunder. I pitter pat with raindrops falling, I live in a world of wonder. “We are borne of star dust, and to the stars we shall one day return.” ~ Linda L. Dowd |

 (angel friendship and wonder hugs) Awwwwww, this is a most beautiful, picturesque, mystical poem, dearest friend! (smiles) Over the weekend I walked four miles down to Mount Tabor from home, where clouds of dragonflies flitter about and you can see the city from one side of the mountain and the Columbia River from the other, and can you believe it's only one of millions of places in this world of wonders? (smiles) I love this, sweet friend, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Linda, thank you for sharing!  May love and light always shine upon you! I too live in a world of wonder...as in, I wonder why I'm still around? I wonder why I see things that aren't really there?..(okay, so I really don't wonder that after surviving the 60's and 70's) I wonder what the next day will bring?
