Sharon,

OMG! I really enjoyed the humor here in your poem and presentation. Yes, we've been experiencing the heat wave here too in California.

Big Smiles.

Thanks for sharing and God bless.

-Bob

Bob, we are setting records up here in British Columbia, and am I ever glad I bought this air-conditioner in February!  The story of the ant and the grasshopper you know?  I sure have lots of visitors here lately.

Sharon,

Smiles. I know that they come out in the heat.

Well..... We're having patio doors put in today of all days... So, I guess I'll be visiting a neighbor to stay cool.

Again, enjoyed your poem and the short conversation.

God bless.

Hi Sharon!
I've been watching that heat wave build out west..
I do hope you aren't sending it this way.
It's been one very hot summer all over!
Stay cool..love ya~Nancy

For it was not into my ear you whispered
But into my heart..
It was not my lips you kissed
But my soul.

It's not only in your part of the world that it's hot Sharon, here in The Netherlands we suffer from a heat wave for week after week now including a very high humidity, which makes it worse.

I have to water the sheep almost every day, which is not normal at all in summer, they usually get their liquids from the morning damp and fresh grass, but the grass has turned yellow. Our two wells are almost dry.

Like scattered leaves...my words will flow
