                            Where's the hope?

if Pope Benedict XVI was looking at my situation

even he'd throw his hand up in desperation

at trying to empathize with my exasperation

of hearing her delicious "Nopes"

everytime i suggest my Palmolive soap

                             caressing her hips

in an intimate shower

could have us dressing up with an exotic trip

to the Eiffel Tower

                                      in mind
