Unwanted Pregnancy's

I watched a man on TV the other day.
Said that he represented the right to life.
He held up a picture of a 6 week old baby.
The baby was a little rough still, but had
already formed all of its fingers and toes.
Looked like one of those little rubber dolls
that my sisters used to have so much fun
playing with when they were little girls.
My sisters seemed so carefree back then,
enjoying their little baby dolls company.
Who could know that in our future, the
courts would give women the right to
terminate any unwanted pregnancy.

Not to break the final point here, but at 6 weeks the cells have barely devided enough to have more than a round blob that has no human characterists, minus one very important one - a heartbeat. So the guy's image was likely a lie, or an unusual pregnancy.

As far as the right of women to terminate unwanted pregnancies, I believe that's within the right of every woman - within reason. Granted in time science will make it so a pregnancy can be 'transfered' so people that cannot have babies and want one can have the unwanted one. As for 'reason', I believe that  as long as it's within the first tri-mester is should be allowed. (Any farther there has to be a medical reason that goes along the lines of - is this going to kill her to keep? Like the women that have the fetus develope in their ovaries. Both die if the pregnancy continues.) But with technology babies can survive outside of the body at 5 months of age, so these 'partial birth abortions' are atrocious.

Furthermore, I believe though it is the right of every woman to choose weather she is ready to bring a life into the world or not, I also believe the mistake should only be tolerated so many times. After all if a woman is incompetant enough to "prevent" this mistake from happening over and over again, then she can't be competant enough to have a child can she? So she sacrafices her 'reproductive rights'. As far as "That's not fair" the best way to make it fair is to document the genetics of the feetus for the father, and the mother. And both are allowed to make mistakes three times, before they are fixed

But things will never be this way, because it would make sense to make consequence for making stupid choices. It wouldn't be deemed fair that a man should have to moniter his sexual acts, or that a woman shouldn't be allowed to use abortion as a cheap form of birth control. So I'm sure the majority of people will likely dislike what I said, but feel free to bask in the fact that society would never permit anything like this to happen. Why? Well they claim it's 'barbaric', and I say it's becuase no one wants to have to be responsible for their actions anymore.
