If you could give me peace of mind
A hidden love inside to find
If you could give my life intent
Then you would be the one he sent

If you would take and guide when lost
Be my luck of fingers crossed
Then you would be what makes me smile
The drive within to go a while

You would be the life we yearn
The lessons that we slowly learn
You’d be what gives our day its hope
And levels out the steepest slope

You’d be the angel of my need
Be the love that prayers did seed
You would be my strength and voice
who gives me both, my life and choice

Crucial to a woman’s poetic identity
The mermaid of her form's life,
is her philosophy of liberation…
natural in flesh and spirit for man's purpose

Sensitive structure unifies this lyrical integrity of the strength of passion relationships nurture...

enjoyed this a great deal

That is a Beautiful Write.  I hope you find the angel God will send to you.  Keeep the faith and as soon as you quit looking she will pop up.

Hugs Kimberly

Another insightful poem and so up lifting.
Now I some how think your not really talking about a woman in particular, your talking about what it is that makes you happy. whatever that may be for you or me...
I loved it all the same

Dear Dixie, thank you for again replying my friend, basically just looking for happiness and what might bring it, who knows what might walk through the fog for us to see and love.

Dear Lee, great to see you again my friend, thank you for your words here and your time to share, it is always nice and remembered. Thank you for that.

Hi Kimberly, thank you for this reply, I seek no longer but often wonder what might be and if oneday; the joy of daydreams. Good to see you here, again thank you.

Sheli, lovely you could visit here and reply, the longing brings words and the words to me bring friendships and often exactly what I seek, thank you for this.

Debo, you are very insightful and very correct, wonderful to see you here, happiness and its source will always be longed for and searched for, the mind is ever the traveler, day and night.

To you all my friends, again thank you for your replies, each was heart felt and very much appreciated.

Sincerely
Rick

Rick~

Angelic deeds
in time of need
never fail
in our avail
of friendships
found on flit of wing
it is the joy
that angels bring~

Someone as good looking as you are,
would have NO TROUBLE hitching a ride
on the wings of a love-angel~

I will cross my fingers
that the Angel of your needs
finds you in health
and then in love, heed.
