I draw my emotions
From deep within – you
You, him, her
All who surround me
Your smile is mine
Your tears are mine
But envy is mine
And mine alone
I envy what you feel
I feed off your emotions
Just to survive
To feel
To be human
Everything more beautiful
More vivid
A simple sunset
The sound of rain
Even if just for a brief moment
I’m alive
Because of you
I draw my emotions
From deep within – You
You, Him, Her
All Who Surround Me
And I Envy You
And What You Feel
While I’m Left Here
With Borrowed Emotions

I Thought of You Today,
And What We Could've Had
For A Brief Moment I Had You
And Still, I Somehow Knew
I'd Have To Let Go

I hope this is an empathetic write
Well writ!

Fool, said my Muse to me, look in thy heart and write.
