.

You walked into her lips
kissed mine
though I stood behind you...dry
and I wondered
when you turned
gazed at me
could you see your kiss
upon me?

Whooooo!
I don’t know how he could not see!
Unless he was blind…
A beautiful poem.

Wow! Dear Nancy, this is brilliant!

As we mirror the truth to each other, he might have seen!

Love and hugs.

It seems that the man is thinking about another woman, and it is obvious to the speaker of the poem. Anyway, I really like.

Very effective write, dear girl.  I like the power in the brevity! Saved

ummm...I think that there are many interpretations for this, for I have came up with about three, but the one that made most sense to me was that u were a girl on the side, that (SP) desepertely wishing to be the main female. wondering if he realizes how much u actually love him making kiss a metaphor for love...anyways good job keep writing.

I have commented and read comments on this poem -- I think Poetic Concept is right.  You are "the other woman."
