A child can be happy cause they got A's and B's on their report card graduated from middle school, high school and college. A child can be sad cause a family member couldv'e passed. A child can be mad cause a person they call a friend hurt you or betrayed you and didn't apologize for it A child could feel confusion on whether "following the crowd" is cool and you already know it's wrong Being a lone-wolf is the best thing in the world avoiding all the boys and girls who will be working at your feet cause you did the right thing and became successful. A child can't feel any of those if a ignorant person can't keep their paws off a gun shooting at another over money and drugs and it just so happens a stray bullet can't keep away from a innocent child whose caught in the middle of the cross fire. Our precious innocent african-american lives are being wiped away because of guns. It's time to take a stand and show people that guns aren't solving any problems but causing many more. |

Nice and true...I dont think that gun violence only happens in our community it is just exploited more just as teen pregnancy which is more potent in the caucasion community, just not exploited in the media because most are middle class whites are having children and lower class blacks need help in raising kids outside the home so they look for the state for help which in turn critises them for baring a child with insufficent funds...anyways I am getting off subject good job...and this is so conroversial I love it...elevation is the key "How vain it is to sit down and write when u have not stood up to live" |
