The Israeli

Years of sun kissed existence
entering into the golden age
of floriferous absence.

He walks sheepishly.
Yet he speaks with the quiet
determination of knowing
what exits his mouth
and the confidence of
what his mind produces.

While all other men
blemish the desert,
he breathes blossoms
onto the Sahara’s stovetop.

Yet he always falls into the
category of pointless ruminating
and boisterous inanity.
Embossed upon his legacy,
disrespect and shameful notions
brought by the lesser men who
do not understand him.

So where does that leave him?

An Irishman,
a Dutchman
and an Israeli walk into a bar…

There is so much we don't understand.

I'm not smart, I'm just a tricky dumb person.

Well, I've been to the bar, with an Irishman, an Israeli, a Dutchman...now add in Arabs and  Japanese, Swiss, British, Canadian, Mexican, French, South African, Aussies, Russians, Chileans...pretty much all at once on a Kibbutz in Israel many years ago, and the more I hung out with them?  the more I learned that stereotypes are for Hollywood and lazy politicians.
I have never met a stereotype in living 3D. Yes, there is so much to understand.
An interesting thought provoking write.
