You store your hearts inside of a
Crown royal bag of tricks
You play every dame, just the same
And sometimes just for kicks

Your favorite suit, and charm to boot
Speaks of style won in spades
You steal hearts as you please, and do it with ease
You are truly a jack of all trades

Your stack of chips, and lying lips
Could make a maiden blush
After their loss, their hearts you toss
Spread out in a royal flush

From the Queen of Hearts, you stole some tarts
‘Twas long ago, but there’s the gist
You also tried to steal her hand
But lost in a game of whist

Your bid for the queen, who loves to preen
Did not end in glory
But lets get back to the Knave of Hearts
Because the queen’s is another story

Once you loved a perfect ten
Who was not royalty
So you sent her away, to a castle of clay
And said your love just couldn’t be

The perfect ten, took other men
And the diamonds on your ruff
You’ll always regret, and never forget
That you didn’t call her bluff

Spades you used to bury hearts
Are staging their attack
Too many to count, you take off on your mount
And only diamonds can bring you back

Clubs span the yards, and diamonds in shards
Till all over again it starts
You’ve a smile on your face, and a handful of lace
Because you are the Jack of Hearts

I wrote something like this, but it was the Lover Queen, the finest woman I ever seen.
By the way I am the anti jack of hearts...

Sort of a jack of all (trades), master of none...

I love the easy flow of this poem as it plays out the hand of Jack.  What a gamble to call everybody darlin'!     Terrific write!
