the silver of my calm
the orange flowers spill
over dark vines
over the wall of time

while the ocean waves
shift and fold

reminding me; I am but an island
lonely without you

what I came to do in this world

Powerful albeit short....islands must get so lonely out there by themselves....I don't think I could be one for long. (Though some days I wouldn't mind it!) Welcome to Passions!

Raindancer, personaly I favor short verse that strikes a cord. Splendid piece. Write on! Your in the grove with that one.
