my evening prayers like
slugs put into pop machines
seldom quench my thirst

breathlessly calm lake,
but another kind of wind
wrinkles my forehead

------------------------------

goose line honking north
across an empty blue screen –
stuck computer key

All 3 are well-expressed with powerful imagery; However the first senryu is my favourite - clever comparison/imagery - I relate to that one the most.
