Repost:

Ménage Memorandum

She walks the bride of Frankenstein
Retires to her bathroom shrine
There she showers and towels her hair
And plucks her brows to nearly bare

She creams her face a mystic sheen
The pallor of an English Queen
Depilates her hairy legs
And paints her eyes like Easter eggs

She manicures her hands and toes
A little powder on her nose
A pinch of cheek to whisper pink
Hangs earrings that would rouse a shrink

She changes cloths a dozen times
Each time each look she pantomimes
And challenges the mirrored wall
To show the fairest of them all

Then bellows me a piercing “HEY”
Good God, I look like hell today

Well bless you for reposting this beauty! ~ er, well... lol

You have a delightful sense of humour ~ and Isabel must have one as well!!!

I absolutely adored (and unfortunately, identified with!) your poem. You are an incorrigible, adorable, rascallion!

Trust me, this is being tucked into the trove with your other gems!

Thank you for the rib-tickin' haha!

Give Isabel a compassionate and understanding hug from me, please!

Loveya both!

And your answer was?  Now let me hear Sy's wisdom on that question?  LOL, never, ever agree with a woman who says she is having a bad "anything day" you will pay, dearly.   Cute Sy, never saw this one before.

Oh my!  It's painful to be beautiful! And I have a feeling you've even gotten used to wearing lipstick --second hand, of course!  How could she resist?  Very cute!
