Breaking

Oh
glowing point
of stillness dark

oh
mesmerizing moon;

In swift compass
of the stark

you glow on
storms in brew.

Link us to
an e s p
a form of will

a you, and me

catch me up
before the hail
allow the shivers
to prevail
keen the wind
that kin may be
enrapt us to
eternity

OH…

glowing point

mesmerizing moon….

In swift compass…

storm the brew.

Great write, as usual, Sunshine.

(a little powder on the nose of the new photo) won't hurt the folks of breakfest.

Keep your focus through any approaching storm....like this a bunch, SIL.  And I do believe ESP just might be the key.....forgive my corny rhyming.   ...jo

accepting life as it is, in rawness of reality
stark and brutal truth, becomes us eventually, and allows the soul to be on it's specific and very special journey

outstanding!!!

The beauty and power of your poetic words for the moon, would still pale in comparison to deserving words that would describe the solar rays of you, Dear Sun.

beautiful Karilea...

And so it those we live with
and should know who elude us
But we can still love them
we can love completely
without complete understanding
