Thought I'd post this hear today, I was touched by the soft caring.  Wrote this for a friend some years back.

WHY WE EMBRACE

Everyone has dark secrets hidden beneath lost memories once denied only to surface with a mothers death and feelings of guilt.  What am I guilty of?  Have I not loved you enough?  Was I wrong in not knowing how to say goodbye when all you wanted was me there as comfort like you were when I was in need?  We were never really good friends you know?  I cared and let go-when misfortune comes your way I cry.  Please be with me, hold me now for it may be our last and best time to embrace.
