silent clouds rush by me
lightning speed thoughts
surrounded soundings,
musical spiralling fantasy

waves of notes cascading
pouring capriciously
water under the bridge
over the falls
and me...caught in the sounds
silently
holding on tightly
to the barrel
as it drops me
teeming foaming gurgling
upside down within a moment
~cloudy~
are these thoughts
stolen from Paynes grey skies
and thrown into my open palms
~a rainbow splays itself~

the day is yet young
the inkwell is nearly full
overflowing...is imminent

eminent domain
notwithstanding,
the waiting line
is left of me
underneath a sign that reads
"cloudy today, with a chance of rain"
caught between the thundered soundings

~silence~
