So life is the game,
I do not know what my objective is
So I am forlorn to my actions
My new and exciting foresight to the middle
For middles are the greatest lengths

And in my time I seen the apple
She sees my face an apple red
She loves another in my stead
So I cry and so I ramble on and on until I’m dead

With winds that cast us cold
We seek to find a wisdom old
From which all knowledge does unfold
Such knowledge seems not ever showing
For all knowledge takes time for growing

Let not ye who hears or reads
Be seen as wise in all beliefs
For only he who truly sees
Can tell what was and so what is

Let not thee greave for deaths embrace
For it is the end of quick confusion
Let only for thine mind to be free from tricks
The touch of skin, the taste of wine, the scent of lovers
For they are but the chains that bind thee
Let free your understandings before thee die
And thou shalt become a bird of the open cage
Neither held by time or spoken words
Given the gift of infinities embrace
A life more full of transcendent mind
For without distraction of other senses
thou willst not live, but be till end of time
And be the parts of all the universe
Stretching bounds that nye can tell
But in this realm rules may be well
So different and confusing time will take
For all unknowns are forever fake
Until it’s seen by those who witness its fruition
So ‘till then make no long face
Thou must not greave for deaths embrace

Fear not my queen of loves
For we are one soul and so we shall be in death
We will be as no other living thing compares
For as time true our love has been
We shall never find ourselves a distance
My mind is with yours and yours with mine
We are as the tread be twined
Shorter as the thread be twisted
Yet stronger all the wile
We shall make the needles eye
For we are humble you and I
And when we take the final journey
We will find ourselves a smile
For we shall wait for end of time
Just as we waited for to die

I cannot even begin to pick out my favorite lines in this, there are so many. I guess it will take several readings to fully savor the flavor of it, so I'm saving it, to read again later. I am enjoying reading you, as you always have interesting poetry. And somehow, I am already way behind on those sonnets! LOL
Please keep that muse busy.
