We know the oldest profession

Tax I assume was the second

Politics while they fought over the spoils was the third

Dave

O'er the word begun

and no-one decides

and if you fail with a lawyer

or other deity,

who gives a damn!?

Is it 'Miss Plummette'

or

'Dynamite Hedge'

Seeking a liaison

With your machines

And shed

On a pure crystal

You weave

Magic woven desire

Winging to failure
Desiring domination of those you desire
Freezing comfort

Beneath hell bent ire
Drying spiraling wings
Swooping to
Dream
Desire
Control

Magic
Heating words
To dissolve love to feeling
Songs no love heard
Heat melting every seam
Heart bursting every dream
Melting stars to die
Flooding rivers to desire
Your dream of failure
Rocks calm your flight to fire
Torrents race to your ire
Frenzied peace
Warms your heart
Cold love your birth to start

The ice melts
The stars dash
Thunder booms
And lightnings flash

The dew my love
Is an early dew
Falling from blazing sky
And I swear because of you

Love runs deep
But the water is fine
And a warm and deep caress
Are all I need from mine

So dream as we all do
And thus enjoy the best
And hope someone else
Is as lucky as the rest

When tiredness becomes your master
The world becomes your soul

When anger is your mistress
But still the tiger drags

You kissing up it’s tail
Until you hit the tree

Forget your thoughts

prevail

Find the inner sense
Balance with the void

Find the peace you know how to get
Avoid this senseless noise

that is some really beautiful poetry, Dave

Dave,

one of the points I like to find
within your poetry,

is a common sense attribution
of listening
to a conversation...

one sided, perhaps,

but still

you keep my ear.

A rant, a rave, a wave
of time, still

you hold my attention.

Well done, Sir.
