You Don't Know What Silence Is You don't know what silence is you don't sleep alone you don't know the sadness of wind chimes when the cold winter wind has blown. You don't know the desperation or the comfort of such quiet you don't know the inevitability of dying, and you deny it. You don't know the weight of tears or of blinding by the fire's embers you don't know the smell of smoke memories of those bitter Novembers. You don't know what I imagine you don't watch the clouds above me you don't know what silence is and you don't know how to love me. |

Dixie "You don't know the weight of tears" Tears do have weight, don't they....to each person and event that makes them, a difference. And some just cant see the other. Wishing you better!  |

You don't know what I imagine you don't watch the clouds above me you don't know what silence is and you don't know how to love me. Maybe I do, at least in knowing the silence, as for the rest, I'm sure we try a poet who cares |
