Thinking

Sad day
My friends are dead
Dreary gray
I lie in bed
Digging wit
My memory store
Straitening it
For evermore
Alas alack
I see a light
There seems a crack
A lose of write
Some memories fell
Into the sea
No longer dwell
Inside of me
How could it happen?
You think it age
You think I’m lost
In turn of page
Sad day, sad day
A Raven’s haste
Beckons his way
What a waste

Whereas thoughts are big or small
we think mind can't hold them all,
so going through life's daily motion,
they blend like raindrops in the ocean.
Matter, gray, does not make sense
of God's knowing, so immense,
yet pure desire will always hear it,
Love's reflections held in Spirit.

hugs,
Klassy

Sy, I'm not really sure what to say...I looked at the form here and was surprised this was really by you...a form so new and different! It's so good to see you experimenting with other forms, just wish the subject matter wasn't so sad.

So very touching.
