I am keeper of The Secrets.
I am singer of The Song.
I ponder stars & love's begin,
as elders chant my name within.
Desirous, hunger, still unknown,
I keep the secrets,
sing the songs.

I am Goddess, 'neath the moon,
I sway to feel the rhythmic tune--
reaching down to touch the dew,
I worry that the stars cry too.
Shedding tears for unknown long -
I am keeper of the secrets.
I am singer of the song.

I am aware that danger lurks.
And yes, 'tis true that fire burns.
Remembering days of laughter free,
prod ember of the dying me--
I pray to find serenity.
Keeper of no secrets sworn
singing song forevermore.

smiling here...

entering crone stage here

sigh

I step on the doctor's scale backwards now and tweeze the whiskers from my chin

But my sister twist did such a great job with this, I just had to show off her work (and giggling, I complimented her on the placement of the moon in the photo, too, but she said "um, that happens to be where it was"

Blessed be my lovely friends, and I'll enjoying the graphics in the replies too (cool candle Nancy Lee!)

Blessed Be.

and hopefully I'll find some quiet time for reading you guys later...sigh

It's primetime here!

ta for now and thank you

(And this was not last year's Samhein altar, but the year before, so I can't even blame the weight gain on M.R.E.'s )

smooches, folks

Love your poem and the graphics!

"I am keeper of The Secrets.
I am singer of The Song."

Then I would say that you are a true woman!

Heck no Sy!   She said, "I'm croning!"  I am still trying to figure out if that is "old-croning", or wishful thinking of "young croning"? Maybe that Randy Dragon just may know?  Anyway, she's a cute little witchiepo.      Oh dear!  Better luck next time Serenity!
