The Knight flies a Kite

This knight flies a kite of wit
It soars within the clouds on high
With a favor attached to it
That often dips a plunge in sigh

It all depends on wind and shifts
It slides the slightest touch of hand
With wile and smile to give it lifts
It drifts above a promised land

It is an emblem and a force
Collecting dew before it fall
To try to bribe a heavens course
Illusions view to weave a shawl

He winds it in with fervent dare
His heart is anchored to the thread
With tender love and tender care
It is the women in his head

It be a phantom he would reel
Within a fantasy of zeal

written in the style of a sonnet perhaps, although in relation to a kite, in the topic.

This is a fast and moving piece and very well balanced out. I would not like to say too fast, if on the quickness of the flow.

Yet overall moving is certainly the word that comes to mind.
