There is so much beauty in his words
That only I can hear or understand

Through the notes and verses
As he sings his songs

I can see thoses days
As clear as I see today

What a sweet reminder
Of the way things use to be
When I was still a kid.

Thanks for the music
That you gave to me

For it will live on
In my soul...

A beautiful sentiment Debo! If music doesn't find a place to live in my soul...It's not music! :-)

Thank you steven for you great reply!!!
I wrote this for my Father. that is where I get my talent for music, poetry and my love for another living soul. I find that I am a very sensitive person and I hurt when I see another heart being used or abused. I don't watch t.v. because if I did I would be crying all the time. Or screaming live and let live. Always share what you have and you will never have and you will find that you are never without.
