5353 Enchantress to Love 28 April 2006 Where the world was an enchantment there was another face to smile This happening, to touch another for a while Her eyes, her smile, her heart those words of her soul This essence of art Happiness within solemn being without Her reasoning, an enchantment without doubt This heaven of Ontario a road island read No understanding beyond reason just as to love on words said For who was she, maybe knew an enchanting some one In her heart, God and true “I WILL love thee, O LORD, my strength.” Psalms 18: 1 KJV © 2006 Christopher W Herbert (a New Zealand Poet) a poet who cares |

5357 Of Truth Told 29 April 2006 Her beauty was divine in this world around An Earth Angel in this summertime found Yet in a world or half of that away Once again there comes that cold of winter’s day For what was right could neither be wrong Our Linda, in her strength a darling and dear strong This age of shivery or was that void of cold To love her in heart a knowledge of truth told “God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth.
