Martie, is that you who lies behind a paper wall? In an inkless world where words are hungering to call To longing ears of dreamers and to angels in the sky No one dare to question what the angels can’t deny Although the page is snowy white, your mind has left its mark Upon a sea of parchment where few travelers embark You glide the swollen silver crest with swift and billowed sail All the world is treading your illuminated trail All that you are living through will silently unfold All the doubtful footsteps will be flowing from your soul I cannot imagine what delightful phrase will pour From somebody so beautiful behind a paper door Come back, come back and fill your pen with passionate mystique Brush poetic verses ‘cross the softness of a cheek We will wait with loving hearts to greet your poet pen But it will never be the same til you come back again Love you'Liz |
