i don't understand how this is working

            i could be smirking

            with you beside me

but loneliness is lurking

with the truth inside me

stalking the alleyways of my heart

the day you got married i knew i had to start

         looking elsewhere for love

but so far your gloves

                 still fit me the best

if i was an action hero like my man James West

me and Artimus Gilmore would invent contraptions to pass any test

                       you require
