You asked me if I love you And then you asked me why I love you in so many ways Mere words could never describe I love you in the morning You¡¯re the first person I want to see I love you all throughout the day You¡¯re always here with me I love you in the evening Throughout the lonely night I love you as I go to sleep And hold my pillow tight I love the sparkle in your eyes Your smile just melts my heart I love your laughter and your voice I¡¯ll die if we ever part I love the little things you do The things you sometimes say You know just how to express your love You always find a way You show me that you love me When words cannot describe The love you have inside your heart Is something you cannot hide The love we have grows steadily With every passing day Don¡¯t ask me why I love you I could never find a way To express the love inside my heart The love I have for you I am yours forever dear So please believe it¡¯s true I could never love another I wouldn¡¯t even try I¡¯ll wait patiently for the day When you become my wife. |
