 Artist: Scott Coleman Hog Yeller's Bog ~ Linda L. Dowd ~ Moonshiner rednecks, at Hog Yeller's Bog, With eyes buggin' out, like yellow-bellied frog. Tongues hanging down, and brains full of booze, ~ Belly-scratching swamp men, hillbilly schmooze. There's belchin' and burpin', and slobber-soaked shirts. Horseflies buzzin' about, While pigs rolls 'n dirt. As they talks ‘bout their wimen, Ya can hear a snort er two. ~ Till-swillin’, slobber pusses, Drinkin’ ‘til they’s blue. Now, they ain’t had much learnin’, Don’t know their A B Cs. But billies from the hills Sure knows their birds ‘n bees! They cain't win for losin', so they don't even try. Just knockin' back moonshine, ~ "Here's mud in yer eye!" Moonshiner rednecks, at Hog Yeller's Bog, With eyes buggin' out, like yellow-bellied frog. I got my own squeezins that air so fine I kin still smell the feet of dem boys what plowed the corn.  (giggles) I'll tell you wut, I was raised a lot in the south when I was a youngen, and my grandpa would take me down U.S 61 a lot, and down along the Big Money in Mississippi and such you'd see a lot of fellers who were so drunk they'd have arguments with fenceposts, and breaking them out of it was never easy like riding a greasy log backwards!
