Timeless pine, in afternoon day-side face
pulls supernatural peacefulness
quiet damp air drinking light
in well-tended fields of fresh breezes

numerous flash of applauding years
staring deep into the valley, invading my lungs
pregnant with negotiations, mindless
road menders hand me ownership
of a well-tended home, with fat wheels
and athletic seeds…chewing my lip
drumming fingertips into the table of my
existence, as if waiting hence forth
with a desperate tone of inside voice…
(thanks Barney)

I smile
jumping to my feet, thinking
”this house feeds me!”
I feel eagerness, rushing to my side
with flashing eyes, this way and that
I’m exuberant, excited, curious
God, I’m alive…even the dim recesses of
the ground far below, options me, another day
another smile, another good morning wave
“never let me go” I think…

Lifting my hands into some dance I’ve never known
sucks me into celestial windows
swirling around, like change absorbing middle distance
intimately imposing some close fitting cap…
uncertainty accumulating musical notes
while tugging on my coat with seismic instability
creating vast amounts of natural magic…
swallowing me hard, insinuating I’m a woman
gone wild…wild I say…a novella magnate
casting me into turns of chance…hanging me
in new balance…

Life is filled with tremendous obstacles of curse
and blood stained holds…plotlines of development
writing, round about ways of assertion
newness of sixth sense…

Like a wandering observation…quietly moving
from the shadows, dispensing secret crystals
in full presentation, pausing to imagine things
shaking to full bloom….
it is the order of change
precisely resonating,
new rules
drizzling
intermittent bursts
of ribboned bridges
almost
invisible…
yet there
vibrating a chain reaction
stair case
I remembered was always there
feeling the shock of freedom & human warmth
ghastly intones of critical schematics…
a map, a super plan
clever
artistic and well-spoken…
it’s conceivable, unpolluted and exactly
as I think, purging me into melodramatic
arrival of salient points

I want to walk into this fascination
drink it’s notions…
know the wide array of surprise
feel the pain of change,
each and every second
changes to life
to sort flying machines
to love
to greet music
to dance, dance, dance
to fall
with intriguing gloss
and pick ourselves up again...
to know,
we're still alive

If it wasn’t for change, deepness in the sky
would be very hard to define

L'il darlin' ~ you can "define" anything, anyhow, and every which way! This was brilliant, mesmerizing, fascinating, touching, and completely captivating! This may be my favourite of yours to date! ~ and that is saying mucho grande!

You are incredibly talented, Lovely Lee!

LeeJ - Why am I crying?  So super is the natural described by you.  I've been there, you know, and it is a "home" like none I've ever known before - well, not that I'm consciously aware of knowing.  This is a definite keeper, Oh Lady of Super Talent.

None could define it more enthusiastically than you have here in your writing.
This IS the sound of music... And the hills are alive!  Beautiful write Lee J.

Enjoyed.
