A Golden Moment

You have placed yourself,
so warmly in my heart.
And I would love to tell you so,
but I wouldn't know where to start.

You have cried with me when I was sad,
your sholder was all I needed.
You have sought to light my darkened path,
and you have more than succeeded.

So if you should ever,
find the rain falling upon your head,
If sometime you find yourself,
tossing in your bed.

If you should ever think,
the sun will never shine again.
Remember that golden moment,
we realized we were friends.

WOW!
At the beginning, man at the beginning.
You have started off great with this.
A really great write StevenS.

You've dipped your pen
into your heart and penned
a golden song

Of dawning love and morning
sun to hum the whole
day long

For blue skies do
sometimes hide, though
we own them all the while

It's certainly true,
the heart of you
holds me in a smile

May your life be filled with such Golden Moments! Anyone who can count you among their friends, is very fortunate indeed!

I'm smiling, my friend!

With kindred smiles 'n hugs,
from one of your friends!

STEVEN,  THANKS FOR YOUR POEM ON THOSE MOMENTS OF GRACE.  I'VE LEARNED, TOO, THAT SOMETIMES WE SEE THOSE GOLDEN MOMENTS  ONLY WHEN THEY HAVE PASSED.  THANKS
