Seamless, or was it?
The thought that washed the shore
of my mind, back and forth, ebbing
slowly into the pool of desire.

A place of mist and whispers, of
questions unanswered and hauntingly
meaningless answers that puzzled
and perplexed, pondered and pacified.

Might the walk reveal that which cloaks
the heart’s desires?  Where gravel crunches
crush the sand that washes slowly back
into time, where all is naught and naught
is all....where the crystal meets the ankle
at the cherished ball....and, in spite of
the cloak, the band plays lingering on,
on into the night, where mists and
whispers prevail...and an unraised
toast dribbles upon the floor.

Maestro, you make the world go away this morning as you spin soft words into music and mirrors, sweet nothing, and all.  mmmmm!

"Seamless, or was it?
The thought that washed the shore
of my mind, back and forth, ebbing
slowly into the pool of desire."

Yes, it is seamless!
