Longing is what..
what I do best
searching for truth
settling for lies
for velvet soft shadows
soothe far more wounds
then the cleasing sting
of truth can heal.

Longing is what..
what I do best
living for the softest touch
of the caring hand of another
upon my soul, striking in accord
with the ancient song
that defines my life
but not of my choice.

longing is what..
what I do

I really like this one...

Somehow, it draws me in....and...holds me..

that is a good thing...that is a writer's job ...

Great job!!!

Thanks,
Kathy
