The red blushes across the sky
Tinged the world with warmth

My sight was blinded
From the temporary void

I long for the home
Beyond this site

A father waiting
A home to lodge

No Diamonds or Pearls
No brands or totes

Without Veils of earthly clothes
Just a loving father who dotes
On every child he call his own

The day will come...
Just hold on to this hope

For this day will be lovier
than this sky has to hold

PS. Had a problem downloading a picture of a sky scene I took. Please bear with my poem without a picture to relate to.

You don't need a photo FNG.. you've drawn the picture with words. Greatly enjoyed.
