. Your accent fills the room as you glance from page to audience reading your poetry.. The room is quiet, uncomfortably warm and small but it does not matter as I listen to your words falling upon cordial ears.. Afterwards we speak about poetry, nature Standing before you I am struck by the tranquility resting on your face.. Peace finds a home in you is my thought as I casually end the conversation with some polite words.. As I turn to leave you reach for my hand asking my name. . |
