Still wind, still water,
I sit on a gray boulder
Watching reflections,
Grasping at the sensations,
Mix water and sky
And the mountains rising high,
Then a swan alights
Waves flow outward distorts sight
Of water and sky
And pauses my pondering
Starting up my wondering.

Thank you, skyshine,
Always a pleasure to carry someone
Along on the words.

On my way to substituting, I pass a section where there is a stream...it is always so still and the traffic is backed up, so I watch the reflections of the trees lining it and the morning sun in it and  daydream a bit...sometimes it begins to ripple...or has a leaf floating in it. A very calm moment, always.

I enjoyed the trip. Here in the desert the skies seem forever blue and a lovely gray day... with water yet, is a treat. Thank you.
