I went to find a treasure
And found a rainbow in the sand,
A million bits of color
That I could hold within my hand—

I went to find a treasure
And saw a star upon the beach;
A five-point wonder, beckoning,
Whose glory lay within my reach—

I went to find a treasure
And felt the sunlight’s rays of gold,
And knew I found what I had sought,
The greatest jewels are these I hold.

So, you have seen dew on sand...

beautiful, isn't it?  Not everyone gets to discover such a treasure!  Well done, Ben.  Welcome home!

playing.with.crayons,

Thank you for the input. I try to make my poetry flow well, but it is always hard to tell how well I did...
