 Artist: Georges Seurat Love Your Body ~ Linda L. Dowd ~ Love your body, Every part of the whole. Honour and care for it, It’s the temple of your soul. Love your body, While soaking in the bath. Massage and rub your feet, And make your tootsies laugh. Love your body, Gently stretch at start of day. Prime all your muscles, To ready them for play. Love your body, While you're brushing your hair. Put love in every stroke, Let each strand know you care. Love your body, Exfoliate and cleanse. Moisturize your dermis, Spa items are your friends. Love your body, And give it proper rest. Meditate and sleep eight hours, So it is calm ~ not stressed. Love your body, Eat fresh and healthy food. Exercise in sunshine, Live life in sunny mood. Love your body, Enjoy what love can bring. When shared with a lover, Your heart and soul will sing. Love your body, Every part of the whole. froggy friend ~ One does not have to have a millimetre-perfect body to love and appreciate the one we have! Our body serves us well ~ at least most of the time! Just look at what we put our feet through! ~ They deserve some respect and some pampering!  Oh, you can tell that those two feet are mine! ~ I have 2 left ones!  Love your body! ~ It loves you! Smartest Chick ~ 'Tis true. 'Tis true. When I had a better body, I never paid it much attention. Now that it is less than perfect, it constantly demands my attention! lol Go figure! Actually, I wish that I was as tuned into my body when I was younger, as I now am. I really do pamper it and give it the love and attention that it deserves. Loveya! Linda |
