I light the candle
watch the wick become live flame.
My scattered thoughts dance
as shadows on the wall
then settle to a steady glow.
Holy presence calms..
in silence
purple peace
enfolds.

Though your heart be full of sadness, your pen is still able to write mellifluously with love, lace, and grace.

God speed, Lady Jane.

Nancy Lee these few words have mastered that captivating experience that comes from such a simple action as lighting a candle.  That continuous flame and the shadows it casts captivates the soul and ignites a wonderful time of memories and warm feelings.  Goodonya mate.
