Growing My Self esteem Stand tall they always say Dammit what can I do I cannot grow any taller I am only five feet- two They do say it will happen If I grew in confidence Given myself assurence It truly did make sense Stand up and be counted So I said 'count me in ' Doubts I had to remove Growing esteem within All that matters in growing I heard its not in length It comes from the inside In finding inner strength I have to encourage myself To start believing in me Growing my self esteem Is to build it confidently Hope©2006 Link to the poem with music and graphic below http://www.thestarlitecafe.com/poems/97/poem_822909.html |

that self esteem is a hard thing to hold onto Hope, when things aren't going your way... Just remember you have to be who you are and not let anyone bring you down.  M |
