A little girl born of two

Hair dartk with eyes of blue

One part rise one part from the fall

This is the story that will tell you all

Before the days of the second Great War,

in a hosue in japan that stood on the shore.

a gril was born from love untrue.

she had hair that was dark yet eyes of blue.

her father gone before she was born

her mother distraught now she started to mourn.

Tragic fate now brought a curse,

so the pain on the daughter would be much worse.

She raised her love and all she could give,

she continued to work so her Daughter could live.

Her energy drained from the love that she gave,

a lonely heart now love it would crave.

an angel in shackles, wanting to fly.

herself from her daughter she could not pry.

A nameless lover for her he did call,

so easily did her heart forget all.

Alone and afraid this child was left.

all joy she had felt was now bereft.

For years she would wonder the land in the east

she was not wanted and seen as the least.

Fate's hand guided her far

she found a place where the was a star.

A savior she found one of beauty and fame,

born in the city that was now her name.

She cared for her as if she was her own.

she relieved all ehr pain as she had grown.

A loving bond now formed between the two

a great emotion the child never knew.

Now comes the time of great peril and strife.

an end soon shall come to her life.

The erupted in chaos and death,

she feared soon she would breath her last breathe

Her fears came to pass as death took her friend,

the only thing left was the coming of the end.

A man she had loved now shattered her trust

as she saw his intention as nothing but lust.

he took a life that was not ready to go,

if her took his own we will never know

This is the part we cannot deny

this girl's name was Risai

it said it was so on the stone by her grave,

but no memories of her did anyone save.

no flowers would adorn this place,

instead they left toys the wind would chase

who did she know or who cared enough

to bury her body her soul did slough

The story i told was dearly true

there was a girl of raven and blue.

the reason i know this it is for sure

i know all for i was her
