Above snowy fields
A hawk gyres in blue air
With outspread wings

The sea beside the shore
Softly laps the posts of an old pier
Wind sounds among the ruins
Of cabins fallen down

A single white ship
Faintly seen on the horizon line
Slowly crosses from East to West

It is March
Not yet warm

The new flowers
Have as yet not come in bloom
To mask the memories of other Springs

A painting lives within your words, along with the real feeling of the place.  Enjoyed!

Sometimes...the best a man can do is, be at ease with the world.

'A single white ship"

Is this the one that you call a' little white cloud"?
