Tent or Mansion (Continued)
(Fact or Truth?)

The man was startled no doubt as his thoughts and emotions ran wild.
Then a voice, a loud voice behind him said: “Why do you marvel so?
Do you not know the truth?”

The poor man was shaken and began trembling as a child….
“I know, for a fact, that I am here, and if you would be so kind, sir, please allow me to live.  I am a peaceful man living in a peaceful place, and now, this very day have had a glimpse, through a window, into heaven.”

Then the voice asked: “These are your apple trees, are they not?”

The man replied that they were indeed, all 357.
And again he pleaded for his life to be spared.

The voice replied: “Do not be frightened.” and the voice said: “I am not here to harm you, not one single hair.”
Then the voice commanded: ”Go and get one of your apples down from one of your trees, and bring it here.”

So the man ran as fast as he could and returned with an apple just as he was told.
He most certainly wanted to please…

Then the voice said:
“A fact is yesterday, and the present hour.
Faith is the next moment and hope of the truth being there.
Now slice the apple you have in you hand from side to side, not top to bottom.”

The man was shaking but did as the voice had instructed, he took out his paring knife
and he slice the apple side to side, not top to bottom.

“Tell me what you see.”  The voice demanded.

The man said he saw a five-pointed star in both halves,
with five seeds in each of the points of the stars, top and bottom, a total of ten.
“But what does this have to do with fact or faith?” the man asked.

The voice replied: “Take one seed and hold it in the palm of your right hand.”
The man did this, and he placed the two halves of the apple in his pockets.  He then raised his palm up into the air and with a sheepish grin,
He said: “I have the seed, here.”

The voice said, “That is a fact.  But the truth is within the seed.”

The man quickly began squeezing the seed to examine the evidence inside to find the truth.
The voice asked the man, “What have you found, now that you have searched the evidence of the seed?”

The man was hesitant to answer.  He thought for sure if he could not find the truth within the seed he was holding, that this would be the end of his dominion, his peaceful place.  The man answered, “I have found nothing, sir”, he said with sadness in his words.

The voice replied: ”This is the truth: within that seed is another apple tree.  You cannot see the apple tree because you examine the facts, and do not apply your faith.  It is a fact that what you hold is an apple seed, but what it holds are hundreds of apples with ten seeds each within them.  This is the faith: The apple tree gives up its fruit to the ground, the seed dies, is buried, and raises itself to its potential, a tree baring good fruit so as to feed all who may ask of it, its fruit.”

I enjoyed reading this JL, couldn't help but think while reading...
Our world is full of thoughts and inner images, even though our origins are earthly, we are contaminated by so so many other networks then what we should be centered on...

Sorry, but, this is what this write of yours brought to my thoughts...wonderfully written, and cannot wait for more.

Happy Monday

Even in the smallest of all seed
lies a grain of truth, in faith.

Awaiting the next installment, Poet.
