in silence...

         dawn fades velvet beauty
             pinprick stars wink out

                 above languid dark mountains
                     silhouette songs

      for Venus, dissolute
                 sleeps in golden chambers
                                       while

               distant waves roar turquoise
                       against dull thoughts

    dreams satin strategies
             under the wings of ravens

                    ...  and a wish to

                                         fly

Beautiful, Lassy! You have woven together sounds in such a way that they make the thoughts glide smoothly across the page and fall lightly on the ear. Very good work

This is so beautiful that I have decided that you are a magic flight instructor with your incredible desciptions.  I now see the dawn of a new day in a wonderful new way.
