meadow songs predicting
waterfall decibels
amidst surreal open sea scapes
the tide, the tide of
giggly woman releasing sense
and sensibility, in loose
circles of optimism with word
perfume fossilized in paintbrushes

sounds like a permeable tide
languidly lapping my ankles
oh so toxin to the ear drum
to the mind
to the soul
herding imagined virginity
of daydreams
like an oceanic syndrome
invisibly assassinating my will

post dimensional mezzanine of life
sprouting by some human classical
intermingling layers of openings
foam and spray formed by the oneness
of distant horizons bound together
by some undomesticated component

I tremble, while sipping this daiquiris
free to dream, with manic ability
shrouded in this drifting mystery
crawls me to some apex of pyramidal
moonlight, white gloved fingers of sea
whisper wind’s mediterranean words
full of mighty movement, faintly hissing
in the sand

Oh, this feverish affair with God’s
profound novel, in faith of mankind
and the meaning of life
happiness, grows perception of soul-searching
sea, has it’s feeding frenzy with me
a gift of memories…
how could anyone resist
this sea princess of Venice

Such memorable and epic words are rarely witnessed in these days of sublunary mundanity...your words are testement to the human minds ability to describe things with a new eye and joyful heart..thank you Lee you are a drop of glinting amber on a shore full of pebbles...

ok, Lee
you've got me out to sea with this one
drifting across time and space
but in a memory of a ship that tossed everyone about in a storm, holding on for dear life
and when someone tried to hold onto me
well, I told him 'tis too late, m'dear

but then, that's another old volume
and I know it has nothing to do with your story but you'll hear me out, sister Lee
