Clouds on blue canvas;
Both white and gray, floating by;
Thoughts within my mind;
Various objects are seen;
Much peace comes from their passing.

                               *****************************

All can find peace in
The endless flow of blessings
From having no mind
The flower welcomes the bee
And generations prosper.

                               *****************************

See this form of ours
So beautiful and fragile
Just like a bubble
It is the substance within
That makes up our true being.

                               ******************************

It holds the farmer
His family's hopes and dreams
A red tomato
See me eat the sun and rain
The Earth and the Universe.

                               *******************************

What will my son be?
Will he see his dreams fulfilled?
I have shot my bow
Arrow, aimed to the future
Where I myself cannot go.

                              *******************************

In the still moments
We come together as One
As flowing rivers
Empty into the ocean
Losing their identity

Thank you so much.   Yeah, I was asked if I wrote Tanka...so I did a search on its form and thought I'd give it a try.  I really enjoy it. We shall see if any one else does.  lol
